The basis of Natural Healing Energy Work is that the Human Energy Field and the Human Body are both part of a cohesive system

through which your Soul expresses itself in this physical realm, and that your physical health is profoundly affected by your subtle energy systems.

While physical health influences the emotional and mental well-being, physical symptoms also usually mirror an energetic imbalance occurring on a higher level of your energy field. Using Natural Healing Energy Work I will access and clear the "issue" you are experiencing on several levels of your being.

Natural Healing Energy Work is performed with you in person or online as part of a video call. It can be also done:

In your Natural Energy Healing session, we initially talk about what you'd like to work on, and the work is very much led by your intentions.  I operate in alignment with your Higher Self, channeling energy for you through my hands, voice and clair senses (claircognisance, clairsentience, clairaudience, clairvoyance, etc. I may use crystals and sound, along with healing and messages from your Higher Self and Spirit team as I work.

I may work silently if that is called for, to allow you to process quietly, but frequently I like to gently relay to you what is happening energetically while I work. The energy work can be performed with you in the room or with you attending over a video call in which you can either lie down and relax, or sit up (whatever you prefer). 

When in person, Natural Healing Energy Work is performed mostly not touching your physical body although some light touch is sometimes called for. It's done by working in your energy field, but can usually still be felt very powerfully in the body.

If you are a new client, please book 75 mins which allows us to discuss your situation and to familiarise yourself. A 60 minute session is usually a follow up session for returning clients.
