Shipping policy
Shipping Services and Rates:
Free Shipping:
Applies to orders $90 and over throughout NZ (includes rural)
Free pickup from Oneroa, Waiheke Island
Free delivery on Waiheke Island (Oneroa to Onetangi) on orders $40 and over.
All other orders under $90:
Standard rate is $8.50 throughout NZ - non rural addresses
Low cost rate for small, lightweight items is $6.50 throughout NZ - non-rural addresses
Rural address rate is $10.50 throughout NZ - please manually select this rate during your checkout process. Some payment methods re-set your shipping rate - please ensure it's correct before confirming, as selecting the incorrect rate will result in delays.
Pre-orders and multiple order items:
Due to increasing courier costs, we now usually ship once per order. Please note if you've selected PREORDER items as part of your order, all items will be sent once the PREORDER items arrive in stock.
Dispatch Service:
We will usually send your items the next business day following your order (please see notes on out of stock items), or within 2 days. If there is a delay, we'll email you.
We use NZ Post Couriers Overnight service. This generally takes 1 day to Auckland, Queenstown and Upper North Island, and 2+ days to lower North Island & most of the South Island.
All items are sent with NO signature required.
Lost Packages:
If you have any issues at all with your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@bevibrant.co.nz - it's usually easier for us to deal with the couriers directly once we have the relevant information from you. If any item misplaced by the courier company cannot be located within a few days, or arrives broken, we will send out a replacement and handle the investigation with NZ Post.
Items confirmed as delivered by NZ Post cannot be replaced.
Out of Stock Products:
We do our best to avoid things going wrong with our inventory, but sometimes there is an error and we accidentally sell something that is out of stock. In the case we do not have the item you've ordered, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know and provide an estimated arrival time. If this happens, you can choose whether you wait for the item you ordered, request a suitable replacement, or request a refund.
Packaging:
Orders sent from our home base are in eco-friendly packaging via overnight couriers. Glass items are now sent with re-used bubblewrap. Your order may also arrive directly from one of our NZ suppliers, if this is the most fast & efficient way to get it to you. None of our items are drop-shipped from overseas.
Our orders sent from our home base are packaged in recycled cardboard and sent in home-compostable or recycled plastic courier bags. It's not beautiful, but we are endeavouring to reduce whatever packaging we can...so we have decided not to buy in branded packaging!
