Absolute Essential Eucalyptus Blue Gum is a clean and minty fresh plant distillation that can be used to support natural respiration and clear congestion.

This essential oil is particularly gentle which makes it suitable for babies, children and the elderly when used in half doses.

Muscle tone
Mix 5 drops with massage cream or olive oil and rub vigorously onto the affected area. Use as required.

Sinuses
Add 5 drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply for 10 minutes.

Chest and respiration
Add 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply 3 times a day around the throat and onto the chest and back. Especially beneficial at night time.

May be irritating to sensitive skin. The half dose is recommended for children and the elderly. Safe during pregnancy. Safe to use with other medication when necessary.
