Directions for Use:
Mild dose: Adults: Take 1-4 capsules daily for up to 2 weeks. Dosage requirements may vary for each individual. Best taken before or between meals for optimal effect. Can be taken in the evening before bed.
Rapid dose: Adults: Take 2-4 capsules one to three times daily for up to 3 days. Results may occur within 3-6 hours.
Contra-indications / Cautions:
Not suitable for those with kidney disease or gastroenteritis. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age except under the advice of a health professionals. Do not take if you have signs of appendicitis or inflamed bowel.
