Kino-Coaching utilises an wonderful array of tools and your body's innate wisdom to help you move forwards on topics

We utilise a full toolkit of kinesiology methods to approach talking  through any topics of your choice. We reference your natal template to help you with making decisions, working through something, and finding a new way forwards.

Rather than traditional coaching or counselling, I'm simply here to facilitate the session using my skills as a kinesiologist and basic astrologer. I am able be a sounding board, and hopefully, to ask you the right questions! (You can even have me ask you the questions that you want to me to and see how your body responds. This is especially powerful for Generator/ Manifesting Generator human design types). 

Our Kino-Coaching Toolkit includes:

• Muscle testing to include your body's wisdom in the process (we can use this for yes/ no questions, to indicate stressors, or something positive to look at)
• Clearing sabotages and affirming positive statements by clearing stress from meridian pathways and by utilising eye positions to re-programme your subconscious
• Reframing stressful thought & emotional patterning
• Approaching the conversation with awareness or your human design type, strategy, and authority 
• Referencing your astrology rising sign, sun sign and moon sign as well as key transits (I will identify the key transits ahead of your session)
• Looking at your unique astrocartography lines and local space lines if applicable to your questions.
• Breathwork and other foundational stress relieving techniques, as applicable for you
• If it's required, I may recommend a some other type of healing work or a full kinesiology balance to clear deeper patterning.
