The basis of Natural Healing Energy Work is that the Human Energy Field and the Human Body are both part of a cohesive system

through which your Soul expresses itself in this physical realm, and that your physical health is profoundly affected by your subtle energy systems.

In the session, we initially talk about what you'd like to work on, and the session is very much led by your intentions.  I work in alignment with your Higher Self, channeling energy for you through my hands, voice and intention. I may use crystals and sound, along with healing and messages from your Higher Self and Spirit team as I work. This type of work is performed mostly not touching your physical body: it's working in your energy field, but can often still be felt very powerfully in the body.

Your session can occasionally include some discussion and assessment and possibly some kinesiology tests and corrections if that's required, along with advanced and targeted remedial (neuromuscular) massage therapy. Rosamund is a diploma qualified energy worker; and a diploma qualified, certified neuro-muscular therapist, massage therapist and kinesiologist. 

A 60 minute session is usually a follow up session of natural healing (energy work) for returning clients. If you are a new client, 90 mins allows us to discuss your situation and work in more detail.
