Uses:

Emotional balance and calm - Add 7-10 drops to a diffuser.

Massage - Add a few drops to your favourite massage oil. Try it with Ylang Ylang, Vanilla or Sandalwood for a little extra spice.

Uplift mood - Add 7-10 drops to a diffuser. Add Lavender or Clary Sage for a healing effect. Add Vanilla and Geranium to encourage euphoria. Blend 2 drops each of Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Geranium, Clary Sage and Lavender in 10ml of Untouched Body Lotion and use as a massage treatment over three days.

PMT - Add a few drops to your bath pre-menstruation as a counter to mood swings. Combine it with Grapefruit for an extra lift, or with Chamomile Roman to assist relaxation and sleep. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes
