Uses:

Emotional Upheaval: Arnica can support the recovery process following sudden emotional upheaval and shock. Add 2 and a half teaspoons and massage into the body.

Muscle and Joints: Apply about a teaspoon of this oil directly to sprains, strains and knocks to support natural healing and recovery processes.

Strains and Sprains: The impact of an accident or fall can be calmed by the immediate application of arnica infused oil to affected areas. Apply as much as required to cover the area. The earliest the application after the event the better, best kept at hand in your first aid kit. Re-apply regularly. 

Dermis Repair: The body's natural healing of bumps and bruises can be supported by the prompt application of about a teaspoon of this cream.
