Today is a gorgeous blue sky day here. Here is a delicious chilled coffee energy booster for an afternoon like this (or any day!). Cinnamon is rich in curcumin - a potent antioxidant - and offers numerous health benefits.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chilled milk of your preference: I use rice milk
- 1 Organic espresso coffee, cooled, OR 1/2 cup of organic cold extracted coffee
- 1 Tablespoon of Good Health Organic Flaxomega oil or Coconut oil (for sustained energy and immune boost)
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened Yoghurt
- 2 tsp Lifestream Essential Berries (antioxidant hit)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon (also full of antioxidants)
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (gives a zing, and energy buzz)
Method:
Blend together, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!
