Ingredients:

• 1 cup rice/ almond/ soy/ cow's milk
• 3 Tablespoons protein powder of your choice. Amazonia Raw Cacao Coconut  protein or Nuzest Clean Lean Protein in vanilla or chocolate are both delicious in this smoothie!
• 2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao
• 1 Tablespoon Lifestream Essential Berries (optional)
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
• Zest and juice of 1/2 fresh lime (optional)
• 2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Nibs (optional: if you enjoy crunch)
