- 1 cup rice/ almond/ soy/ cow's milk
- 3 Tablespoons protein powder of your choice. Amazonia Raw Cacao Coconut protein or Nuzest Clean Lean Protein in vanilla or chocolate are both delicious in this smoothie!
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao
- 1 Tablespoon Lifestream Essential Berries (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
- Zest and juice of 1/2 fresh lime (optional)
