Ingredients:

100% certified organic herbs:

Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum semen):  The oils in Aniseed soothe the gut wall, easing griping pains and reducing the production of gas in the digestive tract.  It has a pleasant taste that is commonly used to improve the taste of medicines for children.

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla herba): Effective at soothing digestive upsets due to its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties which are clinically used to prevent and relieve digestive problems like indigestion, gastritis, ulcers, abdominal pain, IBS and diarrhoea.  A gentle sedative that helps relax muscles.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum cortex): Used medicinally to treat gastro-intestinal problems and calm the stomach.  Cinnamon is an anti-inflammatory and carminative, an agent that helps break up intestinal gas, relieve cramps, colic, nausea and vomiting.

Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale radix): Promotes an overall healthy digestive system by stimulating the liver, gallbladder and pancreas. This bitter herb increases digestive juices and helps to break down food.

Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare semen): Fennel seed helps relieve excess gas as well as relax spasms in the digestive tract. With alkalising properties, this herb helps treat indigestion, heartburn and acid stomach.  More recently it has been used for cancer patients to rebuild digestive health after radiation and chemotherapy treatments.

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra radix): Soothes irritations, inflammation and spasms in the digestive tract.  Helps relieve abdominal colic, gastritis and ulcers.  It increases bile flow from the liver and helps lower cholesterol levels.
